The staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very clean, quiet and professional. The PEMF session immediately alleviated chronic pain in my shoulder and neck. I've been going to Lumen since they opened and cannot say enough about them. I tried the Hyperbaric chamber today as recommended by Plastic Surgeon for suture healing. Of all the places in Albuquerque that have flotation tanks, Lumen is, by far, my favorite. The facility is clean and inviting. The tanks themselves are pristine and their rooms are well-stocked. Of note is the calming environment they have taken steps to create when you step out of the areas that contain their services. There is a small, calming lounge you are free to relax in after you have completed your treatment, complete with tea, seltzer waters, mood lighting, and various types of reading materials.

My wife an I absolutely love this place. Enjoy our weekly ARX workouts with Ronnie he does a great job, he pushes us to our limits. Pulse is amazing for recovery and pain relief. LUMEN offer a full range of wellness services, including PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field), IR sauna, and float tank. PEMF is incredible for quite literally "recharging your batteries".
